Abuse & Harassment guidelines

Thankfully we haven't had much trouble over the years with members abusing each other in our comments. That said, we want to proactively ensure that we have tools & internal procedures in place to deal with abuse and fraud if they happen.

The following will result in members being temporarily or permanently banned from the site.

• Harassment -- People will disagree from time to time but please be respectful. Hateful and abusive speech will not be tolerate and will be deleted at the sole discretion of moderators.
• Posting personal information -- Sharing the names, emails, phone numbers, or locations of other members.
• Spam or off-topic -- There is a fine line between self-promotion and spam. Off-topic links and content will be deleted.
• Do anything illegal -- That shouldn't need to be said, but there you go.

How to report abuse or fraud

There is an action menu (three dots) on every profile, selling & buying listings, and shop activity details. Click on that, and then choose Report. A form will open to file an abuse complaint, and a moderator will review.

A third-party site ripped me off

We review all websites before allowing them to post links in our shop. These sites can be stores, individual artists, or auction sites. Any issues should be communicated directly with them as we had no part in the transaction. That said, if you can't resolve the issue please let us know and we may revoke their ability to post in the shop.
